this is who i am

I love the Lord! I am in awe of the fact the He chose me and pursued me from the time He knit me together in my mother’s womb (Psalm 139:14).  He had His hand and His plan upon me even then and I am tendered by the fact that He has allowed me to be a part of His journey.

Life truly is one BIG ADVENTURE!  My adventure consists of not only being a follower of Christ, but also a wife to my prince charming and the homeschooling mommy to four amazing kiddos. In January of 2015, our family rented out our home, bought an RV and started traveling the USA with my husband and we go wherever his job as an independent insurance adjuster takes us. I can’t even believe God gave me 6 wonderful treasures in them. (They inspire most of my blog stories) 🙂 You can follow along with our traveling journey on Instagram @paul6adventure.

This adventure of life has also allowed me to be a daughter, sister, family member and friend to some really neat people! We have also met some amazing folks throughout the country during our time traveling.  I am blessed!

For me, life doesn’t just happen in a simple form.  Most of my life… okay, all of my life, things have happened in such a way that there is always a story to be told.  If I need to get from point A to point B in life….. there is never just a straight line to get there…. my end result was usually obtained by going “off the beaten path.”  The road was sometimes curvy, hilly, bumpy, very rocky and flat a time or two.  I guess you could say, I tend to take the “road less traveled.”

I love life! I love Jesus! I love my family and friends. Through those loves, I have a passion for telling stories.  My stories are not my own, for they belong to the Lord.  He has entrusted me with them, for I am His.  Thank you for visiting my blog.  I pray that you will feel the presence of the Lord when you read the posts and that you realize that your life is one big adventure as well…. for there is always a story to be told!
